What’s Included in Our Guarantee?

If any part of your cleaning doesn’t meet the Golden Touch standard, let us know within five days. We’ll arrange a re-cleaning to address any areas that need extra attention. If you’re still not fully satisfied after the re-clean, we’ll refund the full cost - no questions asked.

No Hidden Conditions, Just Quality Service

Our guarantee is simple and sincere. Here’s what we ask to make the process seamless:

  • Please notify us promptly of any concerns so we can address them quickly.

  • We do require a re-cleaning attempt before processing any refunds, to give us the chance to make it right.

For the Golden Promise Guarantee to apply, there area a few exceptions to be aware of:

  • Utility Availability: Our teams need access to basic utilities, such as running water, electricity, and air conditioning (especially, during warmer months), to complete the service.

  • Professional Conduct: We prioritize respect and professionalism. If our teams experience abusive language or behavior, or if clients try to hire team members outside of Golden Touch Squad, we reserve the right to withdraw the guarantee.
