Cancellation Policy
We value our team members and strive to keep them consistently engaged and motivated. To support this, we kindly ask that clients and our partners provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations whenever possible. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise - illness, family emergencies, or last-minute changes. When life happens, we’ll always do our best to be flexible and understanding.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours’ notice, however, a $60.00 fee may be applied to help us cover scheduling adjustments. Addtionally, this fee may apply in stances where we’re unable to access the property or complete the cleaning due to issues such as lack of entry, payment problems, or unavailable utilities like water, electricity, or air conditioning (especially crucial during the summer months).
Please know that we’ll always try to find solutions, and when possible, we’ll reach out to resolve issues on-site. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, seamless experience for both clients and team members.
